Refund and Returns Policy
Any shortage, damage or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing either by post, fax or email within 5 working days of delivery. Otherwise we will not be held responsible for any claim.
- There is a 10% handling charge for goods returned to us, which are wrongly ordered.
- Prior notice of returns must always be given to a member of Talitechs’ office staff to ensure that Talitech is in a position to accept the returns.
- If the goods were a special order then Talitech reserves the right to not accept these returns.
- Reimbursement is by credit note or by refund at prices the goods were originally purchased at.
- All refunds will be for merchandise only, not for delivery charges.
