Any shortage, damage or discrepancies must be notified to us in writing either by post, fax or email within 5 working days of delivery. Otherwise we will not be held responsible for any claim.

There is a 10% handling charge for goods returned to us, which are wrongly ordered.

Prior notice of returns must always be given to a member of Talitechs’ office staff to ensure that Talitech is in a position to accept the returns.

If the goods were a special order then Talitech reserves the right to not accept these returns.

Reimbursement is by credit note or by refund at prices the goods were originally purchased at.

All refunds will be for merchandise only, not for delivery charges.
